Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/4 yellow onion, chopped
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon honey
1 pound medium shrimp – peeled and deveined
salt and pepper to taste
How to make it:
Heat the olive oil and red pepper flakes in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions, garlic, ginger and honey; cook and stir until fragrant. Add the shrimp, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring as needed, until shrimp are pink and opaque.
